ahh that's the difference in your living in a commonwealth of PA. In Texas you can try all that, but all you're going to be doing is wasting your time and your money. I know of other states that also will do nothing to enforce the rulings of civil courts (Ga being one of them) even though the amount I lost and was due exceeded $1000).

Keep running the business the way you want though, meanwhile those like myself will continue to keep finding better methods to get past you. You, or those like you, may stop a few of us. However, you never stop all of us or even many of us for long.

    Add-on.

In looking back I guess those like myself really should thank you for all your hard work Mark. Those who work so hard to overprotect items always stay at least 2-3 steps behind those like myself, or my roommate. Now thanks to all of y'alls hard work we have better copies of digitalized media than we used to. We've become more adept at quickly cleaning up the distorted media, and as an added benefit can now charge more for our services.

    That's the truth.

Some off these upstanding citizens who either can't recognize that what they are advocating is illegal, or who do recognize that what they are advocating is illegal, but they don't give a ####, would be the most vociferous if their employer could squeeze one more unit of work out of them, without compensating them.

And what difference is there between a small photographer and a multimillion dollar movie studio? None if you ask me. Those who are suggesting thst its no big thing to pirate from a multi million dollar movie production studio, are they sure that that isn't borne out of envy? Migrating to a communist country might be in order for them if they have a problem with people who invest money and effort, and reap large profits in return. After all, that is the foundation on which this country was built.

That one finds the cost of seeing a movie prohibitive is,apparently, good enough reason to pirate people's protected property. Might be the next time one of the persons with such a mentality is robbed of his or her property, he or she will excuse the thief on the same basis, but that will not be the case,as the one's who feel the most entitled, and who most want something for nothing, are usually the most vociferous in their opposition to other people of like mind.

You certainly seem very proud of your admitted dishonesty.

Somewhere out there ,there might be some illegal ,or some welfare recipient, who is milking the system(our tax dollars),like you are doing, and who is just as proud and boastful as you are.

In any free market system (capitalism) you will find those who endeavor to make their own profits. Profit is nearly always made at the cost of another. I don't have a problem with making my own profit off of an industry which makes a such a large profit every day. I am putting my skills to personal use, so whether you agree with the legality of it, it's as capitalistic as anything else you could want.

By your argument, if a man with no shoes steals a pair from a man with more than 1 pair of shoes, that is somehow capitalism.Did I get that right?

No that is theft; however, if following the theft he sells the shoes then yes it is capitalism.

    Capitalism -

so let's break it down. the "criminal" uses his skills to take from somebody who has more than he has. The "criminal then turns around and sells the product which he has taken. He has developed a system which is beneficial to him. Now more than likely if he is intelligent he will use the profit from the original theft and sale to further develop future endeavors.

Sure I am joking, and I laugh my way to the bank with every new blueray I produce prior to it even leaving theatres. Not only that, but you will find that with myself and others who do so if the movie is truly awesome we will still go see it in theatres. I also had an extensive collection of HD dvd's (legit) until they stopped producing them and I was left with worthless products. The same as I had a large VHS and BETA collection prior to those.

Cry your heart out for large corporations, but the truth is if you want to survive in the water, you'd better be a predator yourself.
