:biggrin_25513:I have almost 17 years driving experience, bud. There is no such thing as the "perfect company". That beast is not allowed to breathe in this industry. The main thing I'm looking for in a company right now is one that DOES NOT LIE TO ME !! They all have their prob's,but some are better, some are worse. My last one,K&K Trucking out of Gordonsville,TN,never lied to me that I could tell. But,they screwed us all in the end by goin under and not paying us for our last 10 days of work. And it wasn't the economy that killed them,it was excessive debt as a result of stupid decisions by the owner,Donny Kemp. After 6 months of trying unsuccessfully trying to change careers or get a local job,I'm now looking very hard at Schneider.Everything I've heard from others or read doesn't include being lied to. They seem like they keep their word. I'm almost 50 yrs old,and i need some stablity. Tired of working for companies that are here today, gone tomorrow. My suggestion to you is forget Roehl, look at Schneider for the long haul.

I, for one, can truthfully say, I've not been lied to that I know of.:biggrin_255:

Only thing i dont like about the new GPS is you cant program in multi stop and it takes FOREVER to load up the GPS once you shut the truck off or let the QC go idle.

I could almost swear you can. I don't know how, but I do know that feature is there. Maybe talking to an OSR at an OC, [love all those acronyms], one could help you out.:biggrin_25525:

Well after all the necessary meetings and talking with our DBL we took off on our first load this past Tuesday. Seems like they are trying to see how we run. Got a 832 mile run that delivered Wednesday and now on a 1286 mile run for Friday. Not running us as hard as we know we can but I figure they will see that we know how to plan and run. I am happy to finally be driving. We are in the Dallas OC waiting to deliver at 0500 tomorrow.

This may sound crazy but, are you with a trainer, team driving or solo? Just asking, thinking about driving for schneider.
