Price is about what I have been hearing for that truck with a 10 speed and a few more miles than that.

Price is good for a 2007 with those miles. Check all maintenance records and get a good warranty.

You can look at the service records and lots of other stuff but it's still a crap shoot. Pay a shop to go over the truck but you still take a chance.

Hope for the best, that's about all you can do after that.

Buying your first truck....that's one's too new and too expensive. I don't know your financial situation, but I always recommend starting out with an older truck and keep your overhead down. That's the killer in this and every business. Not the info you've asked for here, but just a friendly suggestion.

The Freightliner dealership should be able to give you info on the truck by using the VIN NUMBER.

Are you mechanical? That is important when becoming a owner-operator.
