Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I'd be interested too on Knight as I been seeing quite a bit of their trucks round my area. I hear that they start everyone out at the same pay.
-
I just started with Knight out of the Syracuse Terminal, but was down at the Carlisle PA terminal and talked with a couple of guys there. They both #####ed about slow freight. Good guys, but when I asked them if they were going to leave they both said no. lol
I can tell you that this company treats you good. Little or no orientation pay, but that's okay. A company shouldn't have to bribe you to work for them, but on my first run they added a bonus on my check. I get daily pay which I like and the trucks are fairly new if not brand new. The new petes are large inside and nice.
I really like this company, but like many will tell me. I just started.
For what I'm looking for it's great here. Freight is slow everywhere unless you get a dedicated run, and you don't get one usually unless you pay your dues at a company first. They've got ez pass, comdata cards and checks. qualcomm, and my dispatcher gets me home every weekend cause I wanted regional. So far I give them a thumbs up, but I'm from the Syracuse Terminal, not PA. Wish you all the best. Ron -
Are they using O/O's at all ????
-
Yes, from what I've heard. Don't know much about that side of things, but it would be a good starter post here. I'd research and see how they do at Knight before I went with them.
-
yes they do
-
What do you want to know? I have 6 years with Knight
-
please don't

Their
truck are catchy right, ask yourself why?
-
With 10 and 20 years experience, you drivers should be able to do better than Knight !!!!
