Hubby drives for Swift so I guess my question is directed specifically to other Swift drivers. He has been to a few Pilots and has tried to Scan and Go his logs. However, they don't recognize 'Swift.' :biggrin_2556: So, he has had to wait until he gets to a truck stop where they scan the logs for the drivers.

Do other Swift drivers have the same problem? Is he doing something wrong? Does he need to notify his DM?

    Thanks!

I drove for Celadon and we were set up at all the major truck stops with the Trippak scanning. Maybe Swift isnt set up with it at Pilot, not sure but he should probably ask his Dm to get the info straight from the horse's...... well I wont finish that.

    Scan and Go ????

The only self serve scanners I have seen at Pilot, are TransFlo.

Trip Pak also, but it's not self serve.

It was late last night when I talked to him and I've slept since then. :biggrin_25525:

The Trans-Flo is not self serve the cashier has to do it.

Flying J has a system where the driver scans documents themselves.

PIlot is the #1 place I have mine scanned. Love's and some place out West is the only place you can do it.

Or just do it at the kiosk at the terminals. Most don't print receipts, if they work at all.

Transflo is self serve, at select Pilots.

I think I should know, we use it, I scan my own. Pilot in Dallas...right across from Werner yard is one.

All the Transflo I have used have been cashier at either Pilot, Loves, Bosselman. Have heard of self service but never used one. Good service but too few and far between. Only 3 locations in CO. None in areas like ND. Have to get all the way back to Grand Island, NE to transmit.

There's 2 competeing systems out there. Transflo, which the others have mentioned and the places where there used. TA's and Petro's use the other system and thats where he'll need to go. Systems are NOT interchangeable.
