Its been getting worse over the pass months and i have been watching the oil and coolant level very closely, and uses oil but not much water at all, what do you recommend replacing, keep in mind just trying to keep it running for a few more months till i can get a new truck

Probably a head gasket leaking around one the cylinder pack. Hard to say how long it will last. Water in the liner is never good.

Seems they would have had the head off for that job and replaced the head gasket.I agree water is getting into the cylinder..I would also check where you buy fuel or your water separator in the fuel line..I suspect this all started after the head job was done? If so I would take it back to who ever done it..something is not right.:biggrin_25513:
