I don't think the judge will care that your from the big easy. Get a lawyer. Its only money there probably not going to lock you into solitary for traffic. Get a lawyer he can probably get some reduction so you at least keep your job.

So your new to this physic's thing.

Whoa, TS are you serious about these violations?

The first two charges incurred would be a problem. Speeding 15mph over the posted speed limit is considered Careless Reckless Endangerment. You could possibly apply with companies that only require a 3 year MVR from you. But, that still leaves one on your report that will still limit the amount of companies that will accept you as a driver.
Your school should address this with you, prior to accepting you as a student.
I know of one, in my area: Coastal Transportation in N. Georgia.

    Best of Luck!!!!

Oh no. I am very worried now. I wanted to try and do team with my wife (her record is spotless). We might just be out of luck. Thank you all. I really want to drive, but maybe was not meant to be.

    Hey Chicken,
I dont believe 15 over by itself is considered Reckless driving, I know its considered a "serious" traffic violation by FMCSR , and mabe its a state to state thing, but in Virginia "Reckless" is speeding 80 mph or more , 21 mph over the speed limit, and a slew of other offenses.

15 over coupled with other factors also my be considered "reckless" but in and of itself should not be. Also it should say on the MVR "reckless"

You are right, Careless Reckless starts at 16mi over the posted speed limit. At 20 mi/opsl, the officer can take the drivers license on the spot.
