I use them once a month. It ain't no big deal.

My post master knows everybody by name and their box # and is one of the nicest persons you'd ever meet. That's as far as me and the PO go.

The USPS is an independent agency unlike everything else with the Government. I highlighted the red part cause I thought it was just funny & so like the Government!

If this entity does not realign or reconsider how it spends it's billions it will dither and die like any other business fighting to survive the Obama regime.

How about the many failed businesses in the past under other leaders?

Poor planning is more to the blame here than Obama. The unions have not given anything back, nor have the office staff.

And now I hear they are going to come out with a "new" forever stamp, anybody care to place a wager on them refusing to honor the current forever stamp for forever?
Otherwise I'm guessing there will be a huge pre-buy prior to the rate increase that they want.
But like others have said, since this is a government monopoly, why not raise the rates to an even amount and be done with it for a longer period of time.

Too many viruses associated with e-cards these days.

I no longer fool with them. Not to mention that not all of my relatives own a computer.

I still use the post office. I haven't subscribed to on-line bill payment yet... and just this morning I wrote a letter. Hand-wrote -- as in pen and paper. While email is quicker and more efficient, there's still something nice about writing and receiving hand-written letters.

Oh... I still read newspapers, too. I subscribe to both the local paper and the Philadelphia Inquirer.

    rookietrucker and Mike85 Thank this.
