making sure it is clean and clear in color, securely mounted, not cracked or broken, and that it works.

Now with that said. I don't know where you took your test at but I took both the Flordia(at the school with dot officers) and the Georgia test. Both of which didn't ask me a #### thing. They told me you must do a pretrip of the whole truck if you can reach the part and touch it you must do so then you must tell me what you are looking for and checking for. Do you understand the instructions? No more talking was done until they asked are you though? Then they hit the stopwatch and wrote down the time. Walked away and went into the office behind locked doors. 15 min later the come out and ask are you ready for your backing test? Then they told me which 3 backs out of the 6 in the book.

 

I do not understand what you mean by this statement?

 

i didnt either at first, i think he means which 3 backing manuevers he has to do out of the 6 backing manuevers shown in the book

 

That is weird. In MI, its never done by the state, and we only had two backing maneuvers.

I kind of wish i wouldve gotten my CDL somewhere that required learning how to parralel park. That was a beach to learn on my own.
