    Hello all. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I've been driving for 6 years now, and with a recent change in employers, am enjoying my job again.

    So, as of late I've been helping some drivers I know with tips on health and finances, and this has encouraged me to look and see what others out in cyberspace have to offer as help to our fellow drivers. I figure it doesn't hurt to keep learning all that I can, from anywhere I can.

    Here's to hoping there is a lot of great dialog in the future.

    There are several discussions in the Drivers Health Forum about staying healthy on the road. Most are of course about diet and exercise!
