It sounds kinda funny but the easiest way to get there is to follow the signs for polekats strip club, the terminal is like 3 buildings down from it and the drop yard is right behind it

Hell the entrance for the dropyard is right next to the entrance to polekats. Then 3 drives down is the ltl area.

Home for the night. Been pulling nothing but M&M/ Mar's load's sense I left home last. When I left I took my first run out from Greenville, MS, to Waco TX. Then from Waco to South Chicago. S. Chicago to Kennesaw, GA. STOP! Everything was going pretty good on this trip out until I got to Kennesaw. Word is there were a some 45 driver's in the area sitting without load's. One guy called and was told they were having a hard time with getting load's because pf the "flooding in texas". WTF? What does that have to do with getting a load in GA? Sit for almost 3 day's, I finally get a load pick it up by noon from the same place I last dropped, have it in Brookhaven, MS that evening and sit for almost 3 more day's waiting to deliever. Send in my 2 week notice via QC and for some reason I have heard from other dispatcher's but not my own. Brian say's call him so I call him and tell him what the problem is and why I am quiting. I told him to look at my YTD pay and see I have only made $3,400 in the last almost 3 months I have been back then look at the load I am under.

We keep getting automated messages to go to nearest truck stop and wait. Lancaster yard seemed like a ghost town. Really odd, lot's of empty truck's, hardly any trailers at all on the loaded drop parking lot 6 driver's packed up going home quiting.

I get a preplan yesterday right at the same time Scott from upper management ring's my phone. I debate on answering. QC shows load going Greenville, MS to Cali. 1660 miles. I answer and talk to Scott and he ask's what the problem is. I explained everything in detail like how I had 8 34 hour restart's in less than 3 week's time 2-34's this week so far and all the sitting I'm doing then look at my YTD and you tell me what's wrong with that picture. "I won't promise anything but will try and keep your mile's up." I told him look, if your going to throw most of the load's on trains because FFE can't afford to pay the driver's to run then you shouldn't be in the trucking business. "I understand where your coming from." He ask's what I'm going to do, I said I'll stay as long as the mile's keep up but if I sit one more time the way I have then I'm bring the truck back to the yard and looking for something thats worth my time. He said well I just hope you have intentions of bringing the truck back and not putting a black mark on your record. I told him yea I will bring it back, cleaner than it was when I got it. I completely clean everything where it look's like new before I turn it in. I did the last time.

So I'm going leave out in the morning and see how this goes. Any more BS and I'm done. I am beyond stressed to the point I actually went off on a guy working at subway, went off on my dispatcher and made a threat toward's Ray in safety. He hung up on me. They have been keeping me away from the yard. Dispather chewed my ### because I came in to have a mudflap and bracket that I lost somewhere the day before. Told me "no one told you to come here anyway now did they."

I have zero tolerance for #### like that. So we'll see how it goes from here. Oh, because I took everything but my radio and clothes off the truck you can imagine how insane I'm starting to go without nothing to do and sitting for day's at a time and most of the time not near a truck stop and finally got something to eat yesterday morning after not been able to get anywhere to get anything sense tuesday morning.

Well I have decided on FFE after a few months of research. I have also been following the post here sence about march. I watched a few guys leave and return again lol. I want to thank both lonewolf and skunk truck for the many helpful post and information provided to other drivers. It has helped me to Finally reach a decision on were I'm going. I have 24 yrs exp and a fair DAC so I don't see any last minute surprises coming down. I already have my bus info so I guess they are done with the microscope.
