Will I pass DOT Physical with one ball?

No you have no problem. I've got three and have never had to show them. I know cancer is serious and I'm glad you're ok but I blew my soda on my keyboard when I read your post.

 

They've never counted them at any DOT physical I've had. Heck, I haven't even had the hernia check the last few times.

I don't think I ever had a dot physical check there. I have only had two of them. But the second i didn't even have to take any clothes off for it. As long as you can hear see and stand up you should be fine. I have almost full hearing loss in my right ear and I passed. You should be just fine.
