i just recieved a certified letter from NC informing me they are suing me and Arnold trans for an accident back in feb 09.
the city of greensboro is demanding a trial by jury.
Questions:
why is this not between the insurance companies to resolve this?
what should i do next?
i know i should call the carrier, but should i get an attorney ASAP?
do i HAVE to go to trial? i cant afford to go through this crap ugghhhhh!!

I'd consult with an attorney ASAP. You can't afford not to have one.

LOL, heya fishy! how ya be? well, i wasnt ticketed police called it no-fault.

That's because statue of limitations runs out in two years. If you were driving for a company they would provide a lawyer for you and them. You do need to notify the employer but I imagine they are being sued too.
I doubt it would make it to trial, insurance companies don't want truck related accidents going to trial. They would rather settle. -
they are named in the suit also. bet arnolds ins doesnt want to pay because it was written up as no-fault
