I have only about 2 months experience so a training company is probably what I need. Anyway, I am looking for a Flat Bed company that will hire at 21 Years old and gets home on average at least every two weeks.

Hopefully my standards aren't to high, I have looked but it seems a lot of the companies that fit my criteria want you to be at least 23 Years Old.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

contact R E West, Inc in Nashville, TN, 888-443-9378, they are looking for flatbed/stepdeck guys in Baltimore area, you might have to start with vans to begin with then switch over when they get comfortable with you.

you may try McElroy truck lines. they are not a bad starter company. i think they have some descent freight lanes in your area.
