I was ran through their training about a month ago.

None of our class had to wait for a truck. From what I hear, none since have had to wait, either...

Testing is just your basic stuff. Can you read a map, do you know how to trip plan, backing, etc.

Three day orientation, $50 total pay for the 3 days. Three weeks with a trainer, $50 per day. Five day test out, $50 per day.

Unless you run over something (someone) you will have no problem testing out. $50 per day until you get your own truck. No problems getting a company truck lately....

    Nightcrawler 2 Thanks this.

Guess I must have got to many miles last week. Reset was over at 1730 but no load till tomorrow at 1330, 556 miles to deliever, and its not till the next day at 2030. Am trying to get that changed but.....98.2 per cent OT delivery, blah blah blah, rules in this company.

Yep PF, that's usually how it is. TA has to spread the miles around, to keep everyone happy.:biggrin_255:

Ain't no such thing as "too many miles." You guys really oughta be doing something different. That is complete BS!

And what would you like me to do? Don't quite have 2 yrs in yet and unless I go to another mega, self-insured carrier, I'm stuck here. No smaller, reputable company will take you w/o 2 yrs experience. Thats driven by the insurance, of course.
