Anybody know any stories or info (good or bad) about Ford LT 9000s?
There is one for sale in Debary, FL with a PTO, and I am thinking about getting it for use with a dry bulk trailer...
This one would be with a Cummins 435hp and 10 speed overdrive transmission (Eaton Fuller? I think...)
The reason I ask is that I don't hear about Fords. Freightliners, Kenworths, Peterbilts, Macks, Internationals, but not Fords.
(I guess I should put Macks at the front of that crowd)
Considering a 1998 Ford LT 9000

i think it's a decent truck......
HOWEVER, i don't think ford made heavy class 8 trucks after 97, so that should be a warning flag right there.
Do you mean 88?
