    I have an observation; the prosecutor's office should be commended for correcting an injustice. They can also be commended for reviewing old cases.

    What happened in the original case there never should have happened.

    Can someone explain to me why an innocent man has to pay a $500 bond?

    Another innocent man at the end of the article also had to post bond. WTF?? :biggrin_25510:

    it almost seems like the prosecutors dont care who they pin the crime on as long as it pinned on someone. regardless if it makes sense
