was wrong about next load of cheese. Next load is a 230 mile catfish load. At least I get the $100 short haul bonus. Looks like I'm getting sucked into SEDLOD. :biggrin_25513:

had a nice easy 450 catfish run set up which picked up at 1100 60 miles from where I am with no appt set for 99. Just 8/6 at walmart and there is a truck wash to get the trl cleaned on the way to 01. Until.... I get another load on the QC with the same load number #. WTF?!?. Then the planner qc'd me ant told me the pick up and delivery locs changed! NOW it's 550 miles, 150 mile DH and I need to drive 50 miles past the pick up to get the trl washed. With appt set at 8/6 0800! So total 800 miles in 24 hrs. Why do I get all the Mission Impossible loads? Each one I get seems to get more and more difficult than the last whether it's messed up docks, detention, or tight time schedules.

Well, here I sit in lovely Madison, WI. I ran 222 miles today and it took me 4.75 hrs to do it. Gotta love Chicago......NOT!!!!!!! Have a whopping 45 minutes left on my 70.

Madison has a TK here and they were able to get me in. They had me unhook the tlr and then went back in to talk some more. Went back to the trk to get clothes and good stuff cause they had a SHOWER I could use and was in dire need of it. Opened the trk and and #%^*+**&^$, it was cold!!! The #### tripac decided to start working again.

Anyhoo, talked the mechanic and gave him the history and he said he'd look into it. Belt I said needed replaced, they had in stock and replaced it. The evaporater freezing up he thinks was caused by 2 things. ! was a part thats supposed to keep it from freezing but will also cause hot air if going the udder way. @nd thing was drains plugged up and had @3/4 of a gallon of water under the bunk. Anyhoo, all is working again. YEA!!!
