Sorry redd it just seemed to me that you were disgusted with truck stop food like the rest of us. The other reason you may be getting the runs is due to the "cleanliness' of the cooks and other kitchen staff or of the kitchen itself. I know that it may be hard to believe that they don't have "clean" workers and untensils but more people get food poisoning and other stomach ailments every year from restaraunts

Redd, in the past you've talked about what you eat and I've gotten the impression that you eat a healthy diet. (low in fat) Before I began my weight loss program I ate a high fat diet. (anything with fat & sugar that moved slow enough I could grab it) But now I find that eating very rich foods or high fats really mess up my stomach. I feel sick to my stomach, lethargic, and have indigestion like a ........well........a truck driver. :biggrin_25523:

So, maybe it's because when you eat at the truck stops you're eating high fat foods or foods prepared in high fat ways.

    It's just a thought.

It does the same for me Redd. So I just refuse to eat from them. I take my own food if I go with Guy, and if I run out, I buy more.

Most truck stop food is full of fat as Nana says. All this grease works in the system just like what? Grease, It causes everything to get real slippery if you know what I mean.
