Mack grounding issues.

Get your hands on a chrome antenna mount for the mirror and run your ground to one of the screws on your top mirror bracket. I believe that truck has torque screws on it. Make sure the ground connectors are soldered, not screwed or clamped and make sure to scrape any paint or clearcoat off the bracket behind the torque screw. Your setup would look something like this.
