    Hey guys, does anyone know any good tanker companies to drive for. I live in Pa. I have been looking at Langer, Dana, QC ( but cant get the money I need) and Superior Carriers. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

    They want 24 months of tractor trailer driving from the date of application. I have driven TT from 94 to 06 and then on triaxle till now.

    Coal Mine Trucker, where do you run with your tri-axle? I also drive a tri-axle, live in Tamaqua, and usually run culm from Jeddo in Hazleton to NEPCO in McAdoo. BOL in your job search. I'm looking as well as our work can be a bit sporadic at times.

    I don't run up that way. I am in the southern coal field. I have my own coal mine and run my own raw to the breaker. I have a few silt dams a culm banks that I am considering taking in...that will go to Nepco, PPL,Westwood and Wheel. I'm looking to go back to driving along with keeping the mine going...it's just getting old.

    superior has a terminal in karn city,pa. if you live near that town. they have a couple of chemical plants there. :biggrin_255:

    There are several companies with terminals in that area. Check out Enterprise as well.

    i may be young but this company is both flatbed and tanker ive heard good things bout it the company is hunt transport they did im not sure if they still do but you should check in with them crete the owner of hunt and shaffer is claimed a good company just like shaffer so it is worth a shot
