He has been very busy geting his post count up on these old threads thats for sure. I begining to wonder if knows that.

 

If you have an electrical tool or 2, you can start by checking continuity of the wire going to the turn signal..You can also check the hot wire that goes to both signals, one may be broken or shorted out...I assume that you have checked all the fuses, correct? Theres an outside chance that your turn signal switch is bad, but thats more likely in a Pete than a KW..Now, what work have you done or had done recently? On rare occasionsI have traced new issues to recent work..Thats about all I have ..Good luck..Shakey

 

If your truck has LED lights on it they won't load the flasher enough to make it blink unless you have the electronic one. If you have a standard flasher change it to an electronic one.

 

This thread proves that you WILL get an answer here on the forum. Of course, it might be a couple of years too late!

 

LMAO!! I didn't realize it was this old until after I posted.

 

yes oldgoat is still having trouble left turn works fine. The right turn signal still no power to the switch and every time he uses it the trailer brakes lock up

 

Well that certainly is no problem. Just forgo making right hand turns. Enough lefts will eventually get you right! Right?

 

Just goes to show the best threads are "oldies but goodies". I like to see old threads come alive.

 

I've noticed that, I'd say 90% of all the threads he's commented in are at least a year old.

Some people never use the search function, and some over do it!

 

In all fairness........that search button on this site is useless! lol I have tried several searches it always says.........your search is too broad or whatever. lol
