I have talked to some tmc drivers usually the some of the nicest drivers out there, i heard company is good, you gotta run a load a day, and a little slow in the winter, other than that my fellow drivers seem to like it and i dont drive flatbed.
-
Good Company if you don't mind tarping everything and more importantly do you like being forced to drive slower than the posted speed limit? If you can, then by all means drive for these people. Have fun.

Their recruiter came to my school a couple of weeks ago and I was thinking of sending them an application. Let me know if you go with them and what you think of them.

What is a little slow in the winter?

I'm also interested in TMC.
I would like to know how well the drivers are treated? -
As the owner of a small open deck firm, I would hire TMC drivers. They provide great training. So if you are looking to advance your career, TMC would seem to be a good place to start.

How about this, call and talk to the company recruiter(s)..Give them your info & ask them all your questions..Now given that they are going to be one-sided , ask them for specific answers , not just pamphlet stuff..It may take you a few minutes, but they usually open up some.
My knowledge is from what I persoally saw and what their drivers said on the infamous CB radio.. They look good going down the road; the company is almost fanatical about appearance, their trucks/trailers and drivers. I believe they have their own school which includes tarping..They seem to have good repititous freight and freight runs..Thats the good news, now heres the bad, I also believe they require a minimum of 3 years flatbed, and another unknown years OTR. Shakey .
