    Hi Scott,

Do you take recent grads (accredited of course) Class A with all endorsements.

I see you mention a refrigerated division. That's what I would like as I have no interest in flatbeds.

Also, I've lived in PA for the past 30 years. My CDL is PA. BUT...after a breakup and loss of it all, I really have no "permanent home" and I'm willing to relocate just about anywhere.

Since I want OTR I fully expect the truck to be my home until such time as I can afford a place of my own again. So for the near term at least, you won't hear much about "home time" for me as I want and need to WORK!

Thanks so much for your time. I'll send this to the two email addresses as well.

    Chris

Yes we hire students. We actually have a student program that you will go through at Maverick. As far as the Reefer Division you will need 1 year OTR to enter that division. If you aren't wanting much home time you will probably want the Specialized division since they stay out atleast 12-14 days at a time compared to our flatbed which most get home every weekend.

Listen up rookies..This sounds like the real deal..I've seen more than my share of Maverick rigs on the road..They are a class act..I would like to believe that they have dress codes etc..I've been off the road for 3 years, so a lot has changed out there, but these guys were always straight arrows...hi-de-ho

Scottmart i put in an app. with maverick a few weeks ago. I talked a recruiter named Brent. I told him i had a felony that was 5 years old he said that it was ok . He turned my app. over to Brad and brad rejected it . I later talked to Brad and he said that it had to be 15 years old yet your websitesay 5 years old . Can someone at maverick give me a straight answer . I really wanted this Job.

We at Maverick have our own point system we use to evaluate your MVR. We do have a policy regarding felonies and evaluate each applicant on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the felony it could be longer. I wouldn't be able to find out what was the case because that information is disclosed between Brad, Brent and yourself. Take care
