I'll just say this.....If I'd have driven a truck like this from the get-go..my kidneys and everything else attached to my spine would probably be in much better shape. Secondly, I would hate to think of trucking without these customs.....cause they surely inspire me and keep my dream alive of one day being able to build one of my own.. Yes,...if your delivering in NYC...this would be a bit impractical. but running long legged trips...mygod...this would be the ticket!! Ya don't hafta keep your foot through the floorboard.... driving practices make all the difference in fuel economy...wear-and-tear ect. Other than that....and this may be breaking news to many of you...but trucking to some folks is nothing more than a loss as they are probably making money hand over fist in a utility co. or some other very profitable situation. I would LOVE to be the son or grandson of someone in that position that would afford me to play around with big-boy toys like this!!! Why give the IRS your money when you can enjoy use of it yourself?....My hats off to this guys work and all of those like him!

My wife asked me the other day why I didn't want to work for XYZ trucking (name withheld to protect the... ahhh, well...) company.

I said, because the trucks are ugly.

What's that got to do with it? she asked. The paycheck still spends.

Honey, says I, driving an ugly truck is like marrying an ugly woman. Just takes all the energy right out of ya...

 

Its a ritual in which peoples of this world try to contact spiritual beings on another plane of existence.....Do it all the time, but I'm unsure what it has to do with anything in this post?....Maybe they were saying that they will conduct seance for dollars? Possibly some kind of coded communique for some cell(phone) group (worded-up to keep from attracting the federalies)........
