Hello everyone. I'm going to be retiring from the Navy soon after 20 years and I'm entering trucking as my second career. I have been doing a lot of research and I have a few companies that look promising and that I'm interested in. I've read a lot, but I was looking for anyone that had driven for any of the following companies and can lend their insight:

J&R Schugel Trucking Inc - New Ulm MN
    Fortune Transportation - Windom MN
Smith Trucking Inc - Worthington MN
    Bison Transport - Central Canada

I'm single and used to spending lots of time away out to sea, so home time is not really important to me. My main priorities are:
    1) Good dispatch/management team.
    2) Lots of consistent miles
    3) Solid, clean, well maintained equipment.

Any feedback (good or bad) would be greatly appreciated. If you guys know any other companies in the Midwest (MN, IA, and SD) that are legit, please pass them on.

    Thanks Casey
