ALL we want to know is what they did to YOU!

Can you not break it down for us? Yea, they are a bad company, but what did they do to you to have you saying this about them?

sir whay do you want specific examples about my situation? do want to read what i have typed then jump up on your soap box and try to cut me down like you guys have been doing since posted my first sentence? im just saying most people are like dogs in this industry when they see one limping or one thats clearly in pain here comes the pack working together to rip out his throat to try to kill him.

another guy made a blog raising these slimeballs up like they were better than all other trucking companies. he was saying how they were so considerate during the orientation "honeymoon".they not only fired him they put his incident where he was stuck in some mud with no damage as a chargeable accident on his dac if im not mistaken.then he said they didnt answer his question clearly about why they were firing him something about him being late. i didnt attack this guy for lifting these fools up and singing praises to them.when he talked about the dirty things they did to him i believed him 100% because i know their behavior. getting stuck in the mud on your dac? i have been stuck before 80% of drivers have been stuck before especially flat bedders. never seen a dac littered with such sillyness before.

now you can get home every weekend with this company..let me tell you how they do it..they put you 750-800 miles away from home on friday evening and tell you to pick up a load to deliver it monday. what ever time you get to your house with that load starts your hometime.the load will deliver monday 9 times out of 10 so you better prepare to leave your house sunday in time to get unloaded and reload for monday. oh and remember if you are a company driver your truck does 65 top speed and you better not get caught falsifying your log book to maximize your hometime.

these people steal and they stole from me.i was getting my quallcom installed at one of their vendors i asked the guy how much does the installation cost. he told me what it cost, but builders would take it out of my settlement i couldnt pay him. i get back to the terminal to confirm the cost of the installation and i was told double of what the vendor told me. i confronted them and they told me oh im sorry our mistake. basically then one of the people from builders called the vendor and basically scolded them for telling me that i was being screwed (i overheard it of course). from then on i promised myself to never trust anything they told me.i was almost broke and needed to work so i was real careful.i decided not to run for under a certain amount of money.i turned down loads that i thought were of no benefit to me. they were not pleased they were asking why would i turn down all the wonderful loads?

they chop the load pay that they give to owner ops and lie about it. i was mad when i picked up a load up at this one shipper. there were two guys shipping this small project of theirs and i asked what they were charged to get that load hauled? when i found out i was vexed because btc was telling me they were trying their best to get the highest possible pay for me.they were saying that their goal was to get the most money to their drivers and contrators cause they care so much "we are all family". if you are are curious to know they were cheating me out almost $1,000 for that load.i did the load and didnt tell em i knew anything.i ran with the load to get closer to the house.i unloaded and was in their yard at 10:00 a.m. it was friday.i sat all day untill about 3;30. i was still mad about the last load. i was watching all of their company trucks come in and leave out with bills in their hands picking up droped trailers in the yard, and leaving to p/u to go thru the house.i was debating whether or not to confront the pricks, and then i figured out the best solution for that time.

i got their qualcomm and took it off my truck myself and gave it to the shop people( i got proof of course).i headed home and at about 5;00 after everyone else had been loaded they called me asking me to get my load going thru the house.i told them i didnt need one,im headed home.they were like are you joking? stop kidding around and get your load!!! i told them that their quallcomm, and fuel card was in their shop and i quit.i told them why i was quitting and they were telling me i was being unreasonable "we could talk it out". yeah right!!! these people lie and cheat all the time..sometimes its more evident and other times not so much.

after that incident their fangs came out and they were telling people i quit under a load, and a lot of junk.thats what they do. ask any driver thats not a brown noser and he will tell you that what im saying sounds about right.

Every o/o. l/o. ic carrier out there (that I am aware of) cuts the rates and lies about the billable fsc. They all claim to pay you 100%. Yet the real numbers just dont add up. Any o/o knows this. There is no fair play in this business. If you go get your own authority how do you compete for the loads? Cut your rates so bad that you still make less than a carrier driver? The only real question is which carriers lies can you live with? Honesty in trucking.....those days are gone.

From ur story I'm assuming that ur new to trucking. I'm not saying that they are a good Co.but can see alot of what u did wrong and even tho u weren't loaded from what u said they had ###.u to a load so technically u did quit under a load
