I see quite a few of you guys with rooftop A/C's and I was wondering if you can tell me about your experience getting it installed and where you had it done. Everyone tells me that any RV dealer can do it for you but talking with these people on the phone it's like they never even heard of trucks before or rooftop AC for that matter.

My condenser broke after I already spent $1000 replacing it so I figure I will put the money into the rooftop unit instead and run a 2/55 over AC until next summer.

I thought I saw a flyer a while back that had a place in Louisville that did Rooftop and Rearmount condensers but I can't remember the name of the place

    Thanks

Is it just me or does freight seem to be dropping off? Seems like I have been doing alot of sitting just to give up and move cheap freight hoping to get into a better area.

I love running out west but I'm going to have to learn to stay east of I-35. I do ok as long as I stay in the mid-west. A few places I won't go back to is CO. WA. OR. and MT. I love the northwest but the freight sucks!

I'm setting up here in OR right now and everything is CHEAP for a van coming out of here!!!! :biggrin_25510: I've done turned down several loads today because I ain't hauling it for nothing. I've done real well in the midwest to the east coast but I won't be coming back out here anymore.

While I was in there last week talking to a recruiter, most of what we looked at were van loads the past several weeks. It seemed to me that staying east of the Mississippi was the only way to run. Kind of my motto too!:biggrin_25525:
It also seemed the main lanes for vans were between the Carolinas and the IL/WI/MN area. Both directions. Anyone see anything different?

The Denver agent can blow me!

They called me this evening with a load going to Idaho... It paid good, but I don't really want to go back to the hell of sitting up there. So trying to be nice, I told them that there was no gaurentee that I was going to be empty in time. The turds still gave me the ####### load! I DON'T WANT THE #### THING & NOW I'M PISSED!

I ain't hauling it. I refuse!! I'm calling Louisville in the morning... And if I have to, I'll sit here in Laramie & delay delivering in Denver till Friday if I need too....

This #### is starting to get agravating........
