That's a high powered radio, and if your cb antenna is anywhere near your AM/FM antenna that is probably why it's squealing. As far as the antenna and coax, drivers choice. I like the wilsons and my coax is 12ft of astatic. My radio is a Galaxy DX55V, not high powered but it gets the job done.
