    I'm thinking about jumping ship & going to a different company.

    I'm tired of sitting.... I'm tired of deadheading 200-400 miles to get a decent paying load... After the deadhead, that good paying load isn't good paying anymore.

    I'm more worried that the grass may not be greener on the other side... I'm even more worried that the grass may be greener & I'll never find out.
