Dairyman 10-4 on that mask in the bin thing. We had 1 guy too hardheaded to wear one while sweeping hybrid rice bins and he ended up in the hospital with pneumonia.

I guess I will be hauling commercial during the harvests here. Farmer I sometimes haul for was cutting dryland corn and had another farmers truck in the field. The two farmers pooled trucks and have around 5 semis and 5 hoppers. That's been the trend last few years with farmers buying more and more big trucks.

We start cutting rice tomorrow. I've been servicing the rigs. I've been using Lucas 5th wheel lube. That stuff drips down on your frame some but it does a good job. We've got 150 acres salted for Monday so I guess we're ready to rock and roll.
-
yeah we have 3000 acres and are a little over half done.....

Thats got to hit the pocket book. Dads hauling out of the field pays alot better than your regular rates. Its easy for them to see 1,200 a day for 3 weeks straight and only run 200 miles or less a day. They are already hauling wet corn to the feed yards and when that gets to dry they start to town. When the corn is done they haul sunflowers straight out of the field to goodland.
