I've only had one company bounce checks to me. I told them I'd let it slide once...they paid the bank fees, apologized up and down...then they did it again...so I quit and then sued them for the money they owed me.

I don't put up with that kind of crap...I have bills that have to be paid and when their checks bounce, my checks bounce...and that's not cool.

My advice? Find a more stable company.

I have had a wonderful experience with Hoosier Tradewinds. I have spent close to 6 years with the company. Started off as a company driver then went out and bought my own truck and have leased on for 3 years. I have never made more money in my life! The people are friendly. They are not a huge company where you get lost in the shuffle. They care about you. Yes they do make mistakes.....but who doesn't. The difference is that they admit them and then fix them. Respect is a two way street. I plan on retiring from this company.

They were never bad in the first place. Believe me. I have been thru both good times and bad times with them. They treat you with respect and give you all the resources you need to get the job done. They don't put up with any bs. If you lie, steal, etc. from them then they will make sure to recover everything that is owed them......BUT they are very fair and good people. Like I said I have been here forever and LOVE working here. I get home when I want. Get paid every week. And my wife even likes them!

 

They bounced my paychecks and i did nothing wrong

Great company! I have never had a bounced check from them. I do know of times when drivers have abandoned equipment or damaged something and a stop payment was issued on the check. That is only fair. Sure there isn't more to your story?

 

I have been w/them for a month-what a mistake!! haven't had a payroll deposit made until 04/27 after complaining about no deposits being made.lies, lies and more lies!!!!they only deposited 2 checks and still owe me 3! i'm stuck,not sure what to do.their equiptment is junk,maintenence program is a JOKE,....... anyone got any solutions? chick
