TravelCenters Adds to Locations for All-You-Can-Eat Menu

The steak and shrimp is actually pretty good,the reorder process at some stores sucks. Some will not make you finish your first round before putting in your reorder.

Waiting 30 min for a second helping prevents many from playing their game.

Its good to ask the waitress how she works it,some will put a reorder in right away,others end up with smaller tips.

 

aw man got two of the smothered sirloins at the ta just south of detroit... best meal on teh road so far. soooooo good.

although the 30+ quarter-sized spiders in their huuuge web that ran the length of the window were kinda creepy to dine with.

 

The TA in Harbor Creek PA near Erie is pretty nice though....I used to stop there on my way back from Ohio all the time.....probably will again too...

 

Grilled cheese and soup is a pretty good bargain at the T/A, pretty hard to screw up a grilled cheese. For like 6 bucks I can eat 2 or 3 of the sandwiches and eat 2 bowls of pretty decent soup, thats a nice meal in the evening.

 

Believe it or not ... the best ribs I have ever had was at TA Baltimore South in Jessup, Maryland.

AND ...

That same TA used to have a buffet which was pretty good. However, they discontinued it on weekends about two years ago. The buffet does continue but only on Monday through Friday, lunch and dinner.
