So I removed my rotted out muffler and went straight pipes. I know it's illegal. My issue is now at cruising speed with very little throttle input( 10% maybe) I have a missing sound. Honestly it sounds like a Huey helicopter flying close by. Best way I can describe it. Also when under power loaded at full boost it smokes slightly erratically. Do you guys or gals think it's a bad injector? Thanks

Could be, roll it into your favorite shop and have em hook it up on the computer, it could be a bad injector, could be it needs the overhead run

crack each injector line one by one it should make it "rough" on each cylinder if you come to one crack it and the engine doesn change tune, theres your bad injector

That's how I check them on a mechanical engine. I know the jakes are weak. That leads me to believe the overhead needs to be run. I'm going to search that
