SB all this was salted so it's pretty dry. Sat. we were running 13.8. I ran so hard today I never heard. The rice is good and it's coming fast. These guys are running 2 9760's and 1 9770. They pretty much salt everything now. We don't need no hurricane.

SB I think this is 745 hybrid. That's what the bulk of theirs is. Some 729, some 151, and 500 ac. Jupiter.

Finally finished wheat at the elevator. Man, I am sick of having wheat dust all over me. May haul wheat tomorrow but shouldn't be near as dirty. Loads must be shrinking as the rate isn't as strong as it was.

Cutting dryland corn everywhere here. It's going to be a while before the irrigated corn and the beans are ready. The leaves are still green on the beans.

I am getting really tired of people passing me when the yellow line prevents it. I had two trucks pass me today on a double yellow lined road. Evidently people don't remember what a yellow line in your lane is.

SB we had only had about 40 acres of 729 to cut today. Ran about 16.8 out of the field. I dumped the trailers myself today because the normal bin crew was pulling spills and we weren't that busy. That hybrid has got me itching like crazy. I turned the bin fan on and it was full of red wasps. They fogged out of there but I outran them or they were confused but I didn't get stung.

The red oil in the tranny is apparently Mystik gear oil somebody put in there. I'm gonna drain and put 50W synthetic in.

Dang brokers are getting testy. Just have one yell at me on a e-mail. He wanted me to haul a hot load for him and I replyed to his reply and he didn't find it or something. I was trying to tell him I didn't have time this week but he asked what did I want????? Did have to look for it but it was there. Don't believe I will haul for him for a while, granted probably under pressure but dang.

I had a message from another broker on my home phone wanting help. I think I have been talked to by every broker around the area. Driving me crazy.:biggrin_2556: Unfortunately some of the rates still aren't what I call great. They are a big improvement over last year but that is not saying much.

Yeah we've been getting alot of calls too. They all want trucks, but they aren't ready to pay yet. Time is my friend, and their enemy.

Getti'n a tad snappy around here too WH,had one call today needing 6 loads of old corn moved asap,i told him i was booked up thru tuesday and he proceeded to chew on me about how he would remember that i turned him down later on this winter. I told him,''hey man,i'm booked up thru tuesday hauling YOUR loads'':biggrin_25526:. He apologized for 5 min.:biggrin_2559:.They must be under some pressure to forget stuff like that,or he needs to get some better 'sticky notes' so he can remember who he's got hauling what. :biggrin_25524::biggrin_25521:
