This is not a commentary on any specific post, just a general observation of human nature. People who are happy or satisfied with their situation aren't seeking out forums where people are unhappy or dissatisfied with their situation.
The nature of this industry is that it unfortunately provides plenty of fodder for the folks who are looking for the negative aspects of it. It is not an easy job. Sometimes it is thankless, abusive (read;shipper/recievers) grueling, dangerous, dirty, exhausting, and frankly, for the most part, doesn't pay what it should. Having said that, if you have your goals set and can live with all of the negative aspects, it really comes down to your mindset.
Keep a positive attitude while working hard, and it will give you the experience you need to gain a better perspective not only on the company you choose to work for, but of the industry as a whole. My 2cents worth -
