Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

I guess a good questions would be, where are your freight lanes, where do you get your freight, direct or brokers, average CPM for all miles run, and what areas are you hiring from.
-
yea what he said...hehe

Hi Guys, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I have been out of the office for a bit. Anyway, to give you some more information....A) We are hiring Owner Operators from any area of the US.
B) We have direct freight and ovbiously sometimes have to use a broker to keep things moving. However, we utilize a single source for any loads we have to go through a broker on so as not to dilute the revenue.
D)....since we both know that there are so many variables to what once considers "average", "good" great", etc. I am simply going to say this. I have many years being a driver and then an O/O under my belt and know first hand how important revenue is. (I needed a break from the road because my arthiritis needs a rest...lol...) So, and O/O that signs on through me becomes my personal charge and I do not accept freight or push loads out the door just because there is a load. My goal as your personal dispatcher is to keep the best paying loads accessible to my O/O's. It's best you call me and we can discuss this in more detail if you are interested as anything I posted may not reflect the true core of what I may personalize for you.
D) As far as freight lanes........this too is a question that is better answer by verbal conversation. Whenver I sign on an O/O I spend some tmie talking to them about the areas they prefer to run, etc. While I can't necessarly make any guaranty that you would consistantly remain in that lane, I like to be as flexible as I can and keep the O/O as comfortable as they can be. Freight it freight and.......lol........what is gravy one day, may be scrap tomorrow so again this is all better discussed by phone.
Feel free to send me a PM call me anytime!Bob's Buzz Thanks this. -
Do you pay mileage or percentage?

Hi All,
I am posting an update for anyone interested in joining our company as an Owner Operator. We just this week decided to move away from the percentage base and now we go by a flat fee.
The truth of the matter is that we felt that charging a percentage (in our case 20%, leaving 80% for the truck) was becoming burdensome and taking revenue away from the O/O. Since, most of us are old O/O's we know how hard you work for you money. So, we decided to move to a flat fee......
We have a flat weekly fee of $475.00 AND NOTHING MORE
WE PAY YOUR CARGO AND LIABILITY INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE PAY YOUR QUARTERLY IFTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PERSONALIZED DISPATCH!!!!!!!
PREPASS and more.........
When I do the math on this I can say that on the average it will generate weekly about $300 to $500 more revenue for an O/O running single and in the neighborhood of $800 to $1,000 for Team O/O's.
We have plenty of freight for REFERS, VANS, FLATBEDS, STEPDECKS, a solid reputation with all of our customers, as well as the DOT. Older Equipment is OK.

Happy New Year Everyone! Thanks again to all those who have contacted me from these posts. Glad we could sign on a few of you!
At any rate, the company is still accepting new Owner Operators.................so give me a call and let's explore what we can do!
Thanks,
BubbaT
