    I can respect a driver who eats a ditch instead of rear ending a mini van with a family in it at high speed but nothing like this happened. At least not according to what i read. Breaks just don't give out either on beer trucks that can hold 3,000 gallons of beer. I don't think maintenece and inspections were being done and this driver freaked out. Maybe he is telling a lie. I would have just gear down with my 4 ways on until i was slow enough to stop on the shoulder with my parking breaks...but that's just me.
