If the case was adjucated, you can answer no,it will not show up because you have no criminal record. One of my sons had a similar case(when he was young and hanging with a bad crowd) and he passed a criminal background check for the fire department and a trucking companies background check.Congratulations on cleaning up and staying clean!BTW I paid for his lawyer and he repaid me every cent,I wanted it to be a lesson he learned from not "I can do whatever I want and dad will bail me out"

that is your fault. Run no log book and have that 3 digit truck.
it's fun doing 3 digits then getting passed by a peterbilt 18 speed 650 cat.
know place on the totem pole don't do 3 digits again. what's 3 digits again mean ?
Thanks for the preaching forgot what 3 digit was.

Local hourly paid. so learned my lesson years ago to not do that triple.

join the club. maybe can be the bartender ? everyone loves the bartender. Including me
surely wouldn't be a truck driver. yes i called you surely

what makes you the authority on truck driving while under the influence....im assuming that you have tried it since you obviously know how impossible it is to do it safely?....and btw id much rather meet a man on the road thats popped a pill or ran out a line to stay awake than i would meet a drunk in a truck....

good point....never me either....but that dont mean you or i either one or somehow better or worse than him....and if definately doesn mean we are more qualified to hold a driving job than him.....and none of us have the right to say who can and cant or who should or shouldnt pursue a career in truck driving...if he wants to drive a truck all i have to say is good luck and be safe.....now im all "pounded" out....happy trails

That is my point sir, one day either of us can get denied a raised. The convicted drug dealer becomes our boss. Not far fetched, Indeed us 10 was denied a 25 cent raise. they promoted a smack off ex drug dealer convict to be our boss. because they found out his past and couldn't hack driving. they promoted him to ride the desk.
couldn't fire him afraid of being racist.
    That's my issue
EDIT: we have different nationalities of drivers. we all great together.
that is what fun. meet and greet families of drivers. we all look out for another

this current boss convict screwed it all up

one day you folks will be in my shoes. not preaching gospel junk. just love working with other drivers and get railroaded by a convict.

Not a rare occurrence either, Convicts get the foot in the door and fuel the desk up and tell us drivers who hack it what to do.

Think out of the box research your boss.... Not joking or trying to save myself of gang up
no one is perfect , neither am I. those saying i'm preaching is insulting to those who actually love their own religious fixture of god lol
I would insult every known member of any religious faith trying to type anything related to "god" or" preaching "
    I'm clueless

do know trucking world crap happens if no one likes what i type.
us drivers speak our mind freely.
