    It's the synchronizer material worn. Just what I've experienced twice. Both fuller trannys. The first one I had a guy put in a syncro. Two weeks later same problem. Do not replace a synchronizer without changing the gear that it mates to or you will be wasting your money. Just my experience.

    Thanks everyone, I've got to call the shop today and see what they've come up with. Flaten And Johnson in Mayville have serviced all of our trucks, so I'm hoping it's just the air regulator, splitter seals, or possibly the dryer, seems every morning when I check the tanks they blast quite a bit of water in there!
