    Looking to get back to trucking and tankers prob early 2011.

    Well I guess I'll tell everybody alittle about myself.
    I am married with 2 kids (3yr & infant) just had a boy in June.Wife works at home and I have mostly working in construction most of my employed years as a Telecommunications Tech Installer .I am member of A IBEW local union but work has not been steady since 03/08 . Decided to get my CDL went to school (Smith & Solomon) and got my license on 6/30/10 .
    My wife and I know it's going to be hard ,specially for my 3 yr old but I need to work and get time in . Maybe explore Van division later on , see all that SNI has to offer. It's not going to be easy but I very much enjoy driving a truck (while in school)

    If any Bulk drivers from SNI ,in PA, please post any info! And any other info from all the exp. truckers here ,Thank you and be safe!!

    Some of the Schneider drivers have PM'd me and been great. Hope to make it to a Pumpkin in early 2011.

    You'll be fine. Just a really little tip that my Dad did for me when I was tiny. When he was out, he'd occasionally send a picture postcard by mail. Mom read it to me and I held on to it tightly. I still have one.

    Well I spoke with recruiter today , and they are waiting on hair folicle test to come back, so I was told the 17th I'll be going. What a bummer had car all packed up and ready to leave . All excited and nervous at same time, well anywho, gunn23 you still on for 17th in PA ?

    All State , why do they take so long for school ? Took me alittle over a month to get CDL . Well any ways good luck with school , I took my DOT driving test out in Lancaster.

    They have a 4 week and a 6 month I took the 6 month cause I never touched a truck let alone drive one so I wanted all the training I could get plus the army paid for me to go and they pay me for every month I'm there so 6 months of free money or 1 month. Easy answer for me.
