I know where there is a complete 72" areocab midroof that you could get for $1500. It is in really good shape from the quict look at it I took. Dark interior with black paint on the outside. If you want I will get some pictures of it. It is located in southern Ablerta, if that is not to far for you to get it.
abyliks Thanks this. -

Mr. Beast, the 60" aerocab, it's a midroof huh? They don't make a 60 studio do they?

T800 I appreciate that however that is too far and will cost way too much to put my hands on it.

Of the two W9's I had one had the couch, the other had the bunk, the truck that had the bunk it was way easier to sleep in, the truck that had the couch I wound up sleeping on the top bunk all the time. Also the truck with the couch has much less storage in the side boxes, and you can only access them from outside of the truck, which makes them collect a lot of garbage.
If I was a single guy running solo my prefered setup would be a 72" aerocab flat top with the vented doors in the sleeper, not the windows. The reason being with that setup you will be able to completly black out the sleeper so you can sleep well in the middle of the day, the aerodyne windows are nice for letting a lot of light in, but it does make sleeping in the day a bit difficult because they do let a bit of light in.
The reason I say vented doors is because you WILL want air circulation in a sleeper that small, also a opening back window would be nice for that reason as well.
When I put my next truck togeather it is going to be a 86" studio sleeper, I am removing the couch and im going to install a fold up bunk like the Peterbilt Unibilt sleeper has.
This way I will have a coumfy bed, and a dinette where I can sit when taking my 34, working on the computer or my logs, or just to sit and eat, or talk with my girl.
I am also going to build a totally custom cabinet on the passenger side that removes the front closet, installs drawers on the bottom, a fridge in the middle and a microwave on the top. Then in the remaining space between the dinette and the cabinet another cabinet will be installed with plastic bins that can be pulled out so I can store food in them, it will make it easy to take them in and out of the truck.
I am going to leave the drivers side alone because all it will be is the clothes closets that are already there.
If you find some one who knows what they are doing, they can build you about anything you want in a sleeper. Some time swing by Indiana Custom Trucks and take a look at wht they have in thier showroom.
