Can anyone tell me what the deal is with the RFID tag they want you to have to get into the ports in CA, I heard that if your truck is too old they will not allow you in, what is the deal here?

well when I get back out there, im gonna pick up a load, haul it out there to the port, and when I am denyed entry, I am going to go hire a lawer and start suing them.

Now is the time to do it considering that California does not have the money to spend on a law suit, and when I do it, I am going to get as many trucks as I can to join me in it. They find themselves facing 100 lawsuits and I bet the story will change.

    Effing commies any how.

I think that is the way a trucker strike needs to be conducted, get a group of owner opperators togeather who are able to get the job done, who have the money to spend and hit em hard.

It wouldnt be too much to take the money you make from that 1 load and put it into the legal attack fund, if you could get 10, 20 or even 50 trucks to follow suit, you would have something well worth doing.
