I joined this forum to learn more about the trucking industry. I received my class A CDL recently to assist in trucking operations for the small construction company that I work for that specializes in decorative concrete, sidewalks and other placement applications.
I'll be driving a Mack E7-427 to haul cement in a bulk tank or to haul dump trailers, a Kenworth W900 for equipment and Sterling 9511s' that are volumetric mixers for concrete placement.
I'm looking forward to being here, learning and driving.

Welcome C ment!
I'm in Katy and joined for reasons similar to you. My CDL expired long ago, so it's like starting from scratch again.
I'm looking to make the jump in Jan and later to drive locally perhaps.
You'll find lots of help on any subject you can imagine here. Lots of helpful people. So many interesting threads. Like watching history unfold. There really ought to be some books in here.
