CB handle, usually...if you're referring to the name just under the window.
-
yup....if you see a pete with COOLMAN under the window in tour rear-view, just honk, wave, or tip your hat while politely moving into the right lane....hehe
-
Putting your name on the door is just something TMC does. Every truck has the drivers name on the unit door. Not sure what the reason is.
-
so the driver knows which side of truck to get in
some companys only have single exhaust --so that helps as well -
Now dat is funny!!!!!
-
I'm not sure of the the reason either, but not all drivers have their names on the truck. Some are left blank, and some trucks have names on them that belong to the previous driver. LOL
Both trucks I've been assigned have had my name on it, but I really didn't want it there and asked to opt out. I was told ~nope, can't leave it off, company policy~, or some such BS. I didn't argue the point. At that time I was just glad to have got the job. -
Maybe because your a name not a number?
-
Nah, its so that the driver knows which truck is his IF he gets a load out of a TMC terminal.
-
its cool to have you name or cb handle on the door unless your name is johnathan smithenhouser III ESQ.
