Tanker rollover hurts one

A semi truck pulling a double tanker rolled Monday, spilling about 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel and sending a man to the hospital.
The accident happened about 11:44 a.m. at the interchange of the U.S. Highway 281 and U.S. Highway 281 bypass near the Ramkota Hotel, Capt. Dave McNeil of the Aberdeen Police Department said.
The semi truck, driven by Keith R. Holscher, 48, of Oakes, N.D., was southbound on U.S. Highway 281. As Holscher made the turn onto the U.S. Highway 281 bypass, the semi and one of the tankers struck the median and rolled. The second tanker came unhooked, slid into the ditch and tipped. Both tankers were leaking fuel, a report from the Aberdeen Police Department said.
Holscher was transported by an Aberdeen Fire and Rescue ambulance to Avera St. Luke's Hospital. A nursing supervisor at the hospital said Holscher was in fair condition Monday night.
