Saw these I want actual driver videos.

What do you want a video of? Looking out the window at a ribbon of asphalt for hours? That's what driving is. Or maybe a video of a driver sitting at a shipper/reciever for 4 hours waiting to get unloaded or loaded. Then chasing his tarp around in the wind and rain. Then the driver beating the #### out of his winches to knock the snow and ice off and pulling his frozen tarp off the trailer just so he can get unloaded. Then driving 2 hours down the road to reverse the process. Is that what you are looking for?
There isn't really much to see. If you want to see what the trucks look like, go to a truck stop and wait for one to come in. -
OK I live in Philadelphia so there are no truck stops in Philadelphia and as it plainly states in the first thread LOOKING FOR ANY VIDEOS OF COMPANY DRIVERS SHOWING OFF THEIR TRUCKS LIKE TRUCK TOURS AND SUCH. Jesus if you people dont have a video to post then shut up and dont post nothing at all but to some people who are looking at getting into this business some little things are important. So either post something helpful or NOTHING AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Miz, I gotta say that I agree with you on this. I am sure someone will comment on this as well, but you are correct. It is absolutely amazing that people will post or respond to a post when they have nothing to offer but non requested unimportant B.S. I too am new to this business and read your post. I fully understood what you requested. Sorry I dont have a video for you. I just wanted to show a little support to you for telling it like it is. Too many smart a##es out there who just want to hear themselves talk.
sweetangel and SCNewbie Thank this. -
Yeah, did kinda sound like an ##### in that post. Sorry, bad day. -
I do realize what you are looking for, however, looks and people showing off the trucks doesn't pay the bills in this business. I worked for TMC and can tell you that after that nice shiney pete I had I'll take my well worn working mans truck any day, any time. Like bs64507 said, the best thing you can do is track down a tmc driver, anywhere, truck stop, customer, truck driver school, etc, ask for his, or her time, most will give time to a student looking to get into this business. This is a cold, cruel business, nothing shiney or pretty about it.
Sorry to sound harsh but it is what it is.
Edit ~ for a rookie the training is very good, DONT LOOSE FOCUS JUST BECAUSE OF THE TRUCK.Last edited: Sep 18, 2010
SCNewbie and sweetangel Thank this. -
Then if that's ur response again don't post because u don't have any info that I am looking for. Thank you.

If you want video, Then try and go back to your truck driving school, And sit and watch all the video from all the recruiters that come threw, Once a month. You need to either run down the highway, With the big dogs or stay on the porch, Like a good little pooch.
sweetangel Thanks this.
