It wont take muck work to get info about Hirschbach on this site, from what I have read none of it is good.... I live in New Ulm,Mn and your best bet would be to go with Schugel,of course they are not perfect, but I have talked to many drivers who are very happy there. Good Luck
redtalon96 Thanks this. -
Is there such a thing as a NON-referral bonus?
Stay away from Hirschbach or any company that hauls Tyson. They use to be good. But they made major changes the past year to make them a bottom feeder.
If you never been in the meat business you are in for a surprise. Alot of sitting and run like hell for your miles when you get them. You have to be good at falsifying or they get rid of you. You get caught they get rid of you. Win win situation. Paydays are inconsistant from $300 to $1500 gross.Last edited: Sep 19, 2010

I thought about schugel after my 6 mth mark. The only reason I did not go was that they give you an interview at orientation and even if your record is perfect, if they dont like you for any reason, your out.
