That POR15 looks like it would be cool to use, but I just did it the hard way with a wire brush. I look like a pin cushion now but got it cleaned up and painted....

Actually it isn't all that hard to do. With the cut-off being off a 2000 freightliner everything had to be cut off. #### huck bolts...
I thought about stretching it out. Moving the front axle to the back bolt holes and just adding part of the old frame to the existing one. I was somewhat afraid of how good it would hold up with the weight I haul. Plus after we measured and it came out to almost 280" wheelbase, I decided against it. I wouldn't mind adding about a foot but don't feel like doing all that cutting and welding...
