I need to get a new bigger set of power wires from my battery case on a Kenworth T-800 to the pull out overhead CB rack. Has anyone ever done this? I was looking the truck over this AM for a solution...I see a LOT of screwed on plastic, and the wires that are currently up there in the cabinet come from the fuse panel, not the batterry, so I can't just use them to pull a new set. I hate to have exposed wiring in the truck laying around on the dash.
Thanks In Advance

cant you just hook to bat voltage at the fuse box instead of going all the way to the batterie?

I need to get to the battery to reduce RF interference, but if you have experience hiding the wires to the fuse panel, I really would like to hear about that! It's a 2006 KW T-800 with the electronic dash...lots of plastic covers and overhead cb sliding shelf.
Thanks In Advance

ok i thought it might be something like that----i had my cb up in the t600 but i cant remember how the wires went---sorry
is that a one piece window?
if it is--you have no choice but to run down the left side under the trim -
no, it's a 2 pice windshield, but I don't think I can get the wire size I need in the center support without causing a seal prob with the windshield...I looked at that

should be able to run a wire through the eybrow part then hook your new wire and pull it through maybe

What do you mean by eyebrow part? I don't think I can use the light guage wires for pulling because they are tied together with other wiring in the top shelf/cabinet area of the truck on close examination
